Finding the perfect balance between healthy and dessert is a fine line. If their is too much dessert – its unhealthy, if their is too much healthy – its normally not very appealing. These chocolate banana bites solve that problem and blur that line perfectly!
With only 3 ingredients; they are simple, easy to make and honestly so yummy!
- Banana ( I used 2 small for this small batch)
2. Organic Peanut butter3. Dark Chocolate ( I have sound the perfect one with low sugar!?
& Thats it….those are all the ingredients you will need!
The recipe itself involves cutting the bananas into coin sized pieces and laying them flat on a tray in pairs.
Put Peanut butter on 1 side of the pairs only and fold the other side on top – so you have little banana sandwiches.
Melt the dark chocolate over a pan and dip the banana sandwiches into the chocolate and set on tray.
Put tray in fridge ( or freezer) for a few hours until full set!
& Your done!
SOOO good and healthy and honestly really addictive!
